        What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?


The purpose of counselling is to help people when they are experiencing distress, anxiety, confusion, loss or other emotional pain in their life. Work done in counselling involves facilitating a client to find a solution to or a means to cope with a difficult situation, crisis or challenge in his or her life.

 

I provide you with a safe confidential and peaceful haven to be yourself. The hourly session is at your pace & direction. It is a place where you can unburden yourself & share your anxieties & worries. I will be there to support you. Together we will discover your strengths & capabilities that your emotional pain has hidden from you.
